MZ is Model Zero: a small studio in Cairo that builds custom software and AI systems, and trains teams to run them.

This is the first post on a news page we will keep honest. We will write about what we are building, how we work, and what we learn along the way, and we will only put numbers here that we have measured.

What we do

We build the system, then teach the people who will own it. Software that only its authors can operate is a liability, so training is part of every project rather than an add-on at the end.

Why write here

Most of our work happens out of sight. Writing it down keeps us accountable, and gives clients and future colleagues a plain record of how we think.
